Preheat the grill to medium and cook the steaks for 22–24 minutes turning once, until cooked through. Transfer to a warm serving dish, drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and leave to rest for 5 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, make the sauce: place the remaining ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Check seasoning. Serve with the pork, mashed potato and steamed Tenderstem® broccoli.
