Moderate delays are expectedM25 Junctions 9 to 10 Controlled Motorway project Work is taking place between Monday 22 November and the end March 2011 to install new gantries in preparation for the introduction of a new section of M25 controlled motorway. There will be four narrow lanes in operation in each direction with no hard shoulder. There will be additional overnight lane closures when required between the hours of 10pm to 6am. A number of complete carriageway closures are planned. These started on Saturday 15 January, and details will be published in this bulletin.M25 Junction 9 to 10 The clockwise and anti-clockwise carriageways between Junction 9 and 10 will be closed overnight on Saturday 29 January from 10pm to 6am for construction and structures work. If the closure does not go ahead the following Wednesday (02 February) will be used as a contingency. A diversion route will be fully signposted. Moderate delays are expected.A1(M) Hatfield Tunnel Phase 3 of this major tunnel refurbishment scheme started on Monday 14 June 2010, and is expected to be complete in Spring 2011. Throughout this phase, the southbound tunnel will be closed and a two lane contraflow, with narrow lanes and a 40mph speed limit 24 hours a day will operate in the northbound tunnel.
