Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal road crash in Belsay, Northumberland.
A 49-year-old South Tyneside man was killed as he was thrown from his Suzuki motorbike after colliding with a Volkswagen Golf at around 4.40pm on Sunday, August 9.
The two vehicles were both traveling northbound on the B6524 towards Walton Village. The rider was taken to Wansbeck General Hospital where he later died.
