KISS ME QUICK

The average Brit will spend an astonishing 54 DAYS kissing, but the passion quicky fades after marriage, according to new research.
A run-of-the-mill couple will snog at least six times a day, kiss eight times and peck each other on the cheek six times while they are courting.
But that drops dramatically to four snogs a day, six kisses and five quick pecks after they become man and wife.
It also emerged that the average snog lasts a lengthy four minutes.
The poll of 3,000 married couples was conducted by internet market research company www.onepoll.com.
The study also revealed the average couple dates for 28 months before tying the knot, and enjoys the most rousing clinches during this time.
A spokesman for www.onepoll.com said: ''The results of this poll are astonishing - kissing is probably something most couples take for granted, but the amount we do it is incredible.
''It's a fact of life that as we get more comfortable with our partners, our need to show our affection can dwindle.
''For some folk this doesn't mean they love their partners any less, but they don't have such an ardent desire to kiss all the time.
''However, the harsh reality is that after 10 years, a fifth of the couples polled are actually drifting apart and don't kiss as much because they don't want to.''
Married couples are most likely to show their love for each other when walking out of the front door - as 57 per cent say they are more likely to kiss when saying goodbye than any other time.
More than a third are prepared to admit they kissed more when dating than after getting married.
And 55 per cent say they tend to kiss their partner less and less every day of their married life.
Forty one per cent believe the lack of affection is down to the fact they have got out of the habit of bothering with each other, whilst 31 per cent say they have no privacy from the children.
A fifth said they didn't have time to kiss as much as when they were dating, 22 per cent say their relationship has become stagnant and a worrying 12 per cent simply don't fancy each other any more.
Sadly, 55 per cent of people wish their partner was more affectionate with them, and 44 per cent claim days go by without sharing a passionate kiss.
