M25 Junction 27, Essex: clockwise carriageway closed overnight for resurfacing

The clockwise carriageway will be closed between 10pm and 5.30am for the work to be carried out. The northbound link road from the M11 to the M25 clockwise will also be closed during this time.Paul Robinson, Highways Agency Asset Manager, said:“The resurfacing will improve the condition of the carriageway and reduce the need for unplanned maintenance closures in the future. The work has been carefully planned to minimise disruption and so is being carried out overnight when traffic flows are lowest.”A clearly signed diversion route will be in place during both closures. Road users will be diverted off the M25 clockwise carriageway on to the M11 northbound to junction 7, to return on the M11 southbound carriageway and rejoin the M25 clockwise via the M11 link road to the M25.Ends
