Police have released this CCTV image of a man they want to trace following the theft of adult literature from a Gateshead store.
The man, who was wearing distinctive clothing including a navy and white striped track suit top, a two-tone woollen hat, dark coloured trousers and white trainers, went in to the Londis Store, Southend Terrace in Gateshead at around 10.10pm on Saturday, March 27 and is suspected of stealing several adult magazines.
It's thought that he stuffed the material inside his track suit top and left the store without paying for the magazines.
Officers have released the image of the man they would like to speak to in connection with the theft.
Anyone with information about the theft or who recognises the man is asked to contact Northumbria Police on 03456 043 043 ext 69191 or the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. Please quote the reference number cc/93/10.
