Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted in Newcastle.
It happened at 10.50pm outside Baby Lynch and Floritas in Collingwood Street in Newcastle City Centre when a 24-year-old man has been punched by another man.
He was taken to hospital where he received treatment for a fractured jaw.
A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and released on police bail.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen anything.
DC Billy Johnson, of Newcastle CID, said: "I'd urge anyone who was in Baby Lynch or Floritas last night and saw this assault to contact police."
