A 21-year-old woman has been arrested for inciting others to commit disorder. The arrest came after police monitored social networking sites after receiving intelligence. The woman, of Hebburn, South Tyneside, has been bailed pending further enquiries. T/ACC Dave Pryer said: "We are proactively monitoring all social networking site and will continue to maintain a robust approach to anyone suspected of being engaged in or inciting public disorder."
