The work will start on Monday 13 February and finish on 31 March. To minimise disruption to road users, all activity will take place overnight between 8pm and 6am. The work will also include replacement of road markings and cats eyes. During the works, the sections of the A46 will be closed at night. Diversion routes will be clearly signposted.Mark Braithwaite, Highways Agency project manager, said: "This essential work will improve driving conditions for motorists and prolong the life of the road.
