Police in Sunderland have carried out more raids as they continue to target burglars.
Earlier this month, Operation Predator was launched to target suspected burglars across the city, Washington and Houghton.
On Saturday (February 19) an address in Churchside Gardens, Easington Lane, was searched following a warrant being executed. Cash and an air weapon were recovered.
A 34-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of money laundering, handling stolen property and being concerned in the supply of drugs. He has been released on police bail.
On Sunday (February 20) suspected class A drugs and paraphernalia associated with drug dealing were recovered when police searched a property in Dene View Crescent in South Hylton.
Three people - two men aged 24 and 53 and one woman aged 51 - were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs. They have been released on police bail.
Also on Sunday, a 31-year-old man from Houghton was charged with burglary.
Neighbourhood Inspector Neal Craig said: "The aim of Operation Predator is to catch those suspected of being responsible for burglaries across Sunderland, whether they are house break-ins or premises that are not lived in, for example businesses, vacant properties and outhouses.
"We will continue to take action against those suspected of being responsible for burglaries across the city as well as crimes linked to burglaries, such as drugs and drug supply and handling stolen goods.
"So far, 75 people have been arrested and more than 50 houses searched. In addition, we've carried out various operations targeting thieves suspected of stealing metal."
Since February 7, Operation Predator has seen 75 arrests, 29 search warrants, more than 50 houses searched, 189 vehicles stopped, 23 vehicles uplifted, 8 summons issued and 147 people stopped.
Insp Craig added: "Anyone who is involved in criminal activity should be warned that we are actively targeting them and won't hesitate to take action."
